Dorothy Mae Corbin was born on December 23, 1955, to the late Alberta Turner Corbin and Alfred Corbin She attended J.R.E. Lee High School and worked as a cook for many years, a role through which she lovingly served others. Dorothy had a warm heart, a giving spirit, and found joy in caring for those around her.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Bertha Corbin, Annie Corbin, Daisy Lewis, and Paula Corbin, as well as her brother, Joseph Corbin
Dorothy leaves to cherish her precious memories: her loving family, Rhonda Corbin (Sandy), Tony Solomon,Sr., Myrio Corbin, Sr., Marcus Corbin (Kimberly),Percell Corbin of Wildwood, Florida, and Shacara Percell Corbin of Wildwood, Florida, leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, who were the light of her life and brought her immense joy, pride,
and happiness. She adored each of them deeply and
treasured every moment spent together.
She is also survived by her siblings, Robert Williams (Joyce), George Smith (Brenda), Bessie Georges (Pierre), Alfred Corbin, Jr. (Antoinette), Angela Noel, and Roosevelt Corbin (VonJala), along with many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her kindness, laughter, and loving presence.
Dorothy will always be remembered for her gentle spirit, her devotion to family, and the love she so freely gave. Though she will be greatly missed, her memory will live
on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
